| Q: What pieces are include in the Universal Canopy Bedding? |
A: Universal canopy bedding sets may vary from one collection to another. The Universal Canopy Bedding "normally" include 4 drapes, 4 valances, 1 bumper, 1 coverlet, 1 dust ruffle, 4 ties and 1 contour sheet. Extra linens, quilted waterproof pads, and different styles of dome covers are sold separately. If you have questions, call and ask a sales associate for assistance.

| Q: What is the difference between contour and safety sheets? |
A: Contour sheets are fit the mattress as ordinary adult fitted sheets. Safety sheets use more fabric and fit over the nmattress completely and more securely, making it impossible for an infant to remove and get entangled. LMLCC safety sheets contain the "Good Houskeeping" Seal of approval.

| Q: What is your return policy? |
A: Cribs2Baby.com strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and an unparalleled shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom item, you may return for a store credit only. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and their original packaging. Simply call us within 3 business days of receipt of the item and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please return the item within 5 business days, upon receipt of your approved return, and Cribs2Baby.com will issue company credit for the purchase price of your item(s). Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded by Cribs2Baby.com; all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damages. If you return an item after the 5 business day window, without a RAN, and/or Cribs2Baby.com suspects an item has been used, the merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense. All cancelled orders within 24 hours, are subject to a 10% processing fee. Custom items once cut, sewn and/or embroidered are the customer's own responsibility and cannot be refunded.

| Q: What is your policy on items damaged in shipping? |
A: Should damage occur during shipment, do not refuse any shipment. Leave the merchandise in the original container and contact Cribs2Baby.com at (866) 579-7363 within 3 days. You will be assisted by an agent as to subsequent procedures.

A: Exchanges can only be made on items of equal or greater value and must be approved by management.

| Q: What is the difference between a Dura-Crib and a wooden crib? |
A: The Dura-Crib is an injection molded "Lexan" N.A.S.A. product. Lexan is used in bullet-proof glass and astronaut's helmets. The wooden crib is made out of a complilation of north American white birch and white maple. All LMLCC products are Made in USA.

| Q: Why would I want a Universal Canopy Bedding Set if I only want to put up the crib in its standard configuration? |
A: You can utilize the drapes, valances and sleeves for nursery window dressings.

A: Yes. Most all LMLCC items may be customized. There is a 50% custom fee.

| Q: What is the warranty on your cribs? |
A: The Little Miss Liberty Round Crib Company agrees to repair or replace (at its discretion) any missing or defective parts within one year of original purchase. Little Miss Liberty reserves the right to refuse free repairs or replacement of parts damaged by retail display of the crib or user mishandling. For repair or replacement parts please contact your authorized Little Miss Liberty retailer or call 800-RND-CRIB. Before making your call, please be prepared to provide the round crib model number, original purchase date, part description and proof of purchase.
